Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To maintain high standards of service and prevent fraudulent claims, we have implemented the following mandatory requirement:

Note: Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with are strictly non-eligible for return. Due to hygiene and medical safety protocols, items like Cervical Collars, Knee Supports, and Braces cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

Since we only accept advance payments, your refund will be processed directly to your source account once the return is verified and received by us.

• Verification and processing take 3-4 working days after the product reaches our facility. Once the product reaches our facility and the refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by VCOR Healthcare.

• Items returned without a proper unboxing video.
• Medical hygiene products with opened packaging.
• Customized or specially manufactured orthopedic solutions.
• Products with missing original tags, manuals, or accessories.
• Damage caused by improper customer handling or misuse.
